General Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will serve as the main resource for the organization's recruiting and on-boarding, performance evaluation, employee relations, recognition, retention, payroll and benefits administration, compensation, policies and procedure development and compliance functions. Must have positive energetic management style, be experienced in labor law, changing health benefits environment, worker’s compensation management and much more.
